About the service
Steve Ojo is the personal freelance brand of Steve Oluwatobi. Services may include website and funnel design, CRM configuration, workflow automation, platform setup, AI configuration, consultation and related implementation agreed in a written scope.
Project scope and client responsibilities
The proposal, platform contract or written agreement defines the deliverables, timeline, revisions, price and responsibilities for each project. You are responsible for supplying accurate content, approvals, access, permissions and lawful rights to the materials you provide.
Payments and milestones
Where agreed, fixed-price work may be managed through Upwork using funded milestones or an eligible freelancer-initiated Direct Contract. The applicable Upwork contract controls funding, review, release, disputes and refunds. Other payment methods are used only when stated in the written project agreement.
Ownership and portfolio use
After full payment, you receive the agreed rights to the final custom deliverables described in the project scope. Pre-existing tools, licensed assets, platform features and third-party materials remain subject to their own licences. Unless confidentiality is agreed in writing, completed visual work may be shown in my portfolio without exposing private account data.
Third-party platforms
GoHighLevel, Kajabi, ClickFunnels, WordPress, Upwork, Fiverr and other names belong to their respective owners. Platform availability, pricing, policies and features can change. I do not control third-party outages, account restrictions or changes.
Results and limitation
I provide professional implementation based on the agreed scope, but I do not guarantee rankings, leads, bookings, revenue, advertising performance or a specific commercial outcome. You remain responsible for business decisions, claims, compliance and use of the completed system.
