THE PROJECT & DESIGN DECISIONS

A service explanation with a clear appointment route.

The StemWave page gives a new visitor one focused offer and a visible route to an appointment. The treatment explanation, video and supporting questions build context around that decision.

Three choices that shape the visitor’s experience on this page:

01

A focused opening

The hero presents the new-patient offer, a presenter video and a booking invitation together.

02

Explanation before repetition

Service information and practical questions give visitors context before later calls to action.

03

One recurring next step

Appointment calls to action return throughout the page, so a visitor can act after reviewing the relevant section.

The client needed

A prospective patient needed to understand the StemWave service and see a clear way to request an appointment without losing the booking action inside a longer explanation.

My role in this project

I built the visible video-led service page, organised the treatment explanation and supporting questions, and repeated the appointment invitation at relevant points.

Evidence you can inspect

What this evidence does not establish

This evidence establishes the page presentation. It does not establish clinical results, booking rates or completed reminder automation.

Businesses I have worked for

A SIMILAR BUILD FOR YOUR BUSINESS

A service page that keeps the appointment in view

The project above shows the work I completed. For your business, I would adapt these decisions to your own offer and agree any connected setup before building it.

01

Explain the service

Present approved treatment information and the patient-facing video without making medical claims for the provider.

02

Prepare the appointment

Use the clinic’s actual consultation type, availability and intake questions if booking setup is in scope.

03

Confirm the request

Test where a booking arrives and what preparation information the visitor receives.
