THE PROJECT & DESIGN DECISIONS

SSC Auto Repair: the offer and the customer journey.

Three choices that shape the visitor’s experience on this page:

01

The services are easy to scan

The opening introduces an auto-shop offer, followed by icon cards for oil changes, inspections, brakes, air conditioning, tyres and alignment. Booking prompts sit close to those service options.

02

The promotion has its own route

A large seasonal-special graphic and claim CTA sit between the main services and customer-review presentation. The page distinguishes this promotional action from its regular online-booking route.

03

Branch information supports action

The footer lists two Chandler locations and a Gilbert location with published hours. A locations link in the header gives the branch structure a visible place in the website navigation.

FOR YOUR OWN SIMILAR PROJECT

A multi-location auto repair website built around your own offer.

Services and branches presented clearly

I’ll organise your service categories and approved branch information so visitors can find the right type of help and understand which location to contact before they submit a request.

A request that retains its context

I’ll connect the service and location selected to supported form fields, team notifications and the appropriate booking or review route. A request will be clearly distinguished from a confirmed workshop appointment.

Promotions and regular enquiries separated

I’ll record the offer or service requested and configure relevant acknowledgements or follow-up, using your approved terms and stopping or changing the sequence after the agreed customer action.

Questions, answered

I’ll adapt the multi-location auto repair website around your own offer and approved content. I’ll organise your service categories and approved branch information so visitors can find the right type of help and understand which location to contact before they submit a request.

I’ll need service list and approved branch details, opening hours, promotion terms and appointment rules, and account access and the person responsible for each request route.

Let’s plan your own multi-location auto repair website.

I’ll review your offer and current setup, then agree the page, content and connections for your project.
